These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the billing portal operated by Bee Seen Media LLC ("Bee Seen Media," "we," "us," or "our"), a Texas limited liability company. By accessing or using our billing portal at billing.leadstreamconsulting.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Bee Seen Media LLC provides digital marketing services to business clients under individual service agreements. This billing portal allows clients to:
This billing portal is intended for use by existing business clients of Bee Seen Media LLC who have a signed service agreement and recurring billing authorization on file. By using this portal, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business account associated with your login or billing token.
Invoices are issued monthly for services rendered during the prior billing period. Clients have seven (7) calendar days from the date of invoice delivery to review and, if necessary, dispute charges. If no dispute is submitted within seven days, the invoice amount will be automatically charged to the payment method on file.
Disputes must be submitted through the dispute form provided in the invoice email. All disputes are reviewed by Bee Seen Media LLC and resolved at our discretion.
By maintaining a payment method on file with Bee Seen Media LLC, you authorize us to automatically charge the payment method for undisputed invoice amounts after the seven-day review period. You may update your payment method at any time by contacting us.
Bee Seen Media LLC offers optional SMS billing notifications to clients who opt in. By opting in to SMS notifications, you agree to the following:
Opt Out: Text STOP to (828) 492-3230 at any time to stop receiving SMS messages. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
Opt Back In: Reply START to resume receiving SMS messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Mobile information, including text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All content on this billing portal, including text, design, and software, is the property of Bee Seen Media LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this portal without our written permission.
Bee Seen Media LLC provides this billing portal on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Bee Seen Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this portal.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the billing portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
